Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
RETURN
We hope that you love your purchase from The Classic Mother & Baby Company and that it has brought some added joy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Gift Box we are here to help.

You may return most products purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is 100% unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
- Please note, The Classic Mother & Baby Company are not responsible for the return shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return, unless otherwise stated.
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Care team on info@classicmbc.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Please ensure that the box is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it or refund the original credit card for the charges.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
- If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product, replacement gift box or variation, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and approved.
