Can I customise items in my box?
Yes. If you would like to create a Custom Bundle please email our team at info@classicmbc.com and provide your contact details. One of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your requirements, preferences and share our product list.
Can I buy items separately?
All items are generally sold only as part of Gift Boxes/ Sets and not sold separately. We have made exceptions in the past so please get in touch if you have a particular request.
Can I expect to see savings when I invest in one of your Hospital Bag sets?
Yes, we have put a lot of thought into our Hospital Bag Sets to ensure value for our customers.

Each of our beautiful bundles offers excellent value. Advertised prices include the benefit of wholesale pricing, the cost of delivery, and the special touch of our signature box and packaging.
Do you provide boxes for twins and triplets?
Yes we do. We have twin hospital bag bundles within the Baby Collections (Duchess and Queen Bee). If you would like to create a custom box for triplets that is no problem. Choose the 'Custom Box' product and we will get in touch to create a bundle specific to your preferences.
Can I exchange an item if the sizing isn’t correct?
Yes, of course- if we have the preferred size in stock in that item, or a similar item you are happy to exchange for. All costs associated with returns and exchanges are at the cost of the recipient. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for further details.
Do the pyjamas and nightdress support breastfeeding?
Absolutely, all sleepwear is chosen specifically with this in mind. We have only included classic nightwear that can be worn through pregnancy, your breastfeeding journey and beyond.
Do you cater for larger babies?
We offer some ranges in 0-1 month and 0-3 months. If you require larger sizes, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We deliver worldwide.
How long does it take?
Please see our shipping page for details on time to delivery. Typically, within Ireland, delivery is 1-3 days with same day delivery offered in Dublin.
Can I specify a date/time for delivery?
Yes, we are very happy to extend the delivery time. Just select this when choosing your product. You can specify a future delivery date once this allows adequate shipping time.
