To honour our resolution to operate sustainably and minimise waste, we have run down our stock of stationary and branded collateral over the past few months to a minimum, in anticipation of our rebrand. Therefore our new name and logo will feature on these items going forward, with the exception of our signature hat-boxes. These are each handmade and bought in bulk due to the lead-time required. We will continue to use the beautiful boxes we have in stock featuring our original Mamas Hospital Bag logo for the next few months- a collectors item!

Using the softest organic fabrics, this layer currently features well known brands MORI and Emile et Rose. All bundles include at least one zip-up babygro/sleepsuit- perfect for ease in changing little ones.

Middle Layer

All vests are by MORI and made from breathable bamboo and organic cotton fabric. Two of the three vests featured are in the much celebrated kimono style wrap for simpler changes.

Bottom Layer- The Essentials

Current brands include Aden and Anais, Eco by Naty, Kinder by Nature and Sudocrem. We are committed to using the most eco friendly products in our bundles.

Nightdress - All nightdresses/ sleepshirts are knee-length and feature buttons down the front to accommodate breast-feeding.

Standard Shipping (Via An Post) and International Courier (DHL)

Registered Post is a tracked service, also available, for additional piece of mind within Standard Shipping Timeframes. 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Public holidays, peak periods, and customs processing (for international orders) may occasionally cause delays. 

We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours from order being received but in busier period or orders placed after 3pm please allow up to 48 hours.

If you require your parcel to arrive within a specific delivery window then please consider options of Express Postage or International Courier (DHL). These options will be displayed at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us on info@classicmbc.com

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including our signature keepsake boxes where applicable.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

UK Orders

Orders shipping to the United Kingdom that are valued over at or over £135/ Euro 150 are subject to tax & duty as per local laws and legislation. The amount owed will be payable by the person receiving the goods. 

Any returns from the UK may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods. 

Non EU Orders

Customers shipping to an address outside of the EU may be subject to additional fees such as import duties, tax and clearance fees. These will vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer/ receiver.

We recommend that you ask local authorities about these duties and clearance fees in advance.  

Any returns from non EU countries may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.
